Sara Ramirez, a Mexican-American actor and singer is extremely famous. Sara Ramirez was brought up by an American mother, and encountered a number of racial slurs that caused her to feel uncomfortable. After she participated in a school competition and received the highest praise for her singing, in ninth grade she began to gain confidence. This experience did not just help her gain confidence but changed her outlook on life. She attended the New York's Julliard School at the age of 22. She started her professional journey at age 23 with Paul Simon's The Capeman on Broadway and You've Got Mail in film. The part in The Lad of The Lake is her greatest breakthrough, bringing her the Tony Award in addition to critical acclaim for her performance. The following year, she appeared as Callie Torres on Grey's Anatomy on ABC the show, she received more fame. She is known as a performer and has also released a single as well as an extended play.
